Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

 

Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our products are made to order, processing time includes production time.

 

Estimated Delivery

 

Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

 

Estimated delivery time is approximately 4–5 business days after processing.

 

Delays or Missing Orders

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@quietwindesigns.com.

 

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, please contact us so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

 

This policy does not apply to delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or missed delivery attempts.
